Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is only applicable to the following:

  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive an incorrect item

Defective and/or Incorrect Item

All goods undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please e-mail us at floofybutts.club@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damage within 5 business days after you receive your purchase. 

We will be in touch with you on the next steps to take.

    • All return and exchange processes is subjected to product availability.
    • If item is out of stock, we will offer the option to wait for a backorder for a new piece, or choose from our existing in-stocks. Additional shipping fee would be borne by us or we'll mail alongside any outstanding orders you may have with us.

The following are not considered as defects, and are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Ordered wrong size or item does not fit well
  • Slight size differences in size chart (All measurements are subjected to a 0.5" to 1.5" difference)
  • We strive to present the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. Post-production adjustments ensure that the colors are depicted as true to life as we can make them. However, various devices and individual perceptions can alter how colors appear. Since these factors are out of our control, we cannot be held liable for purchases made based on color misperceptions.
  • For printed merchandise, print placements will differ from piece to piece due to fabric placements
  • For apparel(s) that are silkscreen printed: Small empty spots and spaces may be missed during screen printing, as it is a manual and hand-pulled technique. As such, small imperfections such as missing dots or tiny spaces may occur.
  • Loose or accumulated fabric threads. As our tees are custom-made and sewn individually from scratch, each piece may have loose or accumulated threads. This is not a defect as it does not affect the wearability or durability of the tee. You may simply cut off any threads if it is uncomfortable
  • Items that have been deliberately damaged to be eligible for returns
  • Items that have become defective after washing/ironing/handling by customers
  • Any used/washed/worn/handled items
  • Discounted and/or products on sale including last piece sales

Exchange Policy for Pre Order and/or Instock Item(s)

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order item(s) are only eligible for exchange if there's a size mismatch. For pre-order campaigns, we only produce the exact number of orders received and hence, we do not carry any additional in-stocks unless we happen to have it. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for another piece of be made and return the original piece in original condition.

Instock Items

For instock items, exchange request is subjected to availability of stock for the desired product.

  • If desired stock is unavailable, exchanges and/or refunds are not allowed
  • Exchange request have to be emailed to us within 7 business days upon receiving the product (i.e. the date item is delivered)
  • Return items are to reach us within 7 business days upon dispatched date via registered mail or return pick-up. For return pick-up, returning of parcels incur a return feeofSGD 4.00. A pickup window time will be arranged with you so the courier can pickup your returned items from your doorstep. 
  • Additional shipping fees incurred for return (SGD 4.00) & reshipment (SGD 4.00) will beborne by the customer
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with hang tags attached and respective plastic packaging and should not show any signs of being worn/washed/handled/ironed

We reserve the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges if the aforementioned conditions are not met.

Sale Items

Sale/Last piece items are not eligible for return or exchanges. All sales are final.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed. Customers are advised to review their order details carefully (including item, size, and shipping information) before completing their purchase.
